Royal Decree Appoints Al-Smadi as Chief Islamic Justice

Al-Taj News – A Royal Decree has been issued appointing His Eminence Sheikh Kamal Ali Saleh Al-Smadi as Chief Islamic Justice as of 1/11/2026.

A Royal Decree had also been issued accepting the resignation of Al-Smadi from his position as President of the Sharia Judicial Council as of 1/11/2026.

A Royal Decree was also issued accepting the resignation of His Eminence Sheikh Abdul Hafez Al-Rabtah, Chief Islamic Justice, from his position as of 1/11/2026.
